Accountability Maintenance: Schedule maintenance jobs and monitor their timely execution using check list for improving availability of Crawler equipments of the mines and plant to achieve production targets.
Safety: Supervise and ensure installation and working of all safety devices of Crawler equipments.
System Implementation: Organise and execute ISO EMS WCM systems in his section for continuous improvement through team involvement.
Cost Optimisation: Study & analyze all cost factors of maintenance activities identify & implement actions to minimize cost of maintenance.
