2. Excellent communication, analytical and interfacing skills

3. Candidates with good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage

4. Willing to work in different time zones

Experienced :

1. 1 to 2 years of experience in providing Inbound/Outbound support to International Call Centers via telephone

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Good analytical skills

4. Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things

5. Candidates with good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage

6. Willingness to work in late night shifts

7. Flexible to stretch as per business requirements

8. Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts
