Job Description:

Reviews the Payment transactions input by the processor and ensure that the payment is processed as per the Business rules specified
Reverse the Payment transaction back to the processor for correction if there are any errors and ensure that the payment is released with the necessary correction applied
Responsible for indentifying errors and to provide appropriate feed back to the respective processor
Provide effective feedbacks based on various reports to the agents
Attend calibration and maintain quality standards.

Skill Set Required:

- Graduate in any stream
- International Fund transfers etc.
- Experience in Checkers, Quality monitoring and verification profiles are added advantage.
- Good Analytical and Interpretation Skills.
- English Comprehension skills.
- Should possess Good Communication skills, both in terms to interpret & converse.
- Should have keen eye for details.
- Must have exposure to MS Office (word, excel etc).
