4. Good Knowledge on Operating systems, Hardware, Networking and MS Applications.

6. Team Player
7. Well versed with Technology (understanding of networks, monitoring, AD, Windows)
8. Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite( word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
