Job Description:

Candidates who are looking forward to work in Mobikwik should have the following skills.

1. Constant Monitoring of ALL Transacting Merchants on a Daily basis.
2. Review merchant daily submission and make decision to pay or suspend merchant payment / account and review appropriate risk action.
3. Investigate Held/Suspended Payments With Merchant And Other Internal Department For Resolution.
4. Liaising With Various Internal Department Such As Merchant Research Team, Tech / Maintenance Team, Dispute Team, Merchant Services Team on a Daily Basis.
5. Ensure Timely & Accurate Dispatch Of Merchant Payments Pan India.
6. End-To-End Closure of All Payment Related Queries. Keep A Close Eye On Gaps & Recommend Solutions To Plug Them.
7. Charge Back to Ratio Analysis and Transaction Ratio Analysis and Management
8. Working on GEO Tagging Process and Analysis

Eligibility:

1. (0-1) years of experience in banking/retails/hospitality sector.
2. Advance knowledge of Ms Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is desirable.
3. Good verbal & written communication skills.
4. Must be a qualified B.com/M.com/M.B.A (finance) from a reputed institute preferred.
5. Good knowledge of technology & compliance.
