The incumbent would be required to guide prospective hires on navigating IBM recruitment tool
Process the documentation and address queries
Ensure continuous follow up on completion of joining forms and other formalities
The incumbent would be required to resolve bottlenecks that might arise between selection and joining
Communicate with selected candidates over phone and if required meet them at IBM premises and ensure closure of open items
Liaison with the Recruiter of the prospective hire and report status on a daily basis
Understand how recruitment service level agreements work and adhere to the same
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written coupled with regional language proficiency
Should possess the willingness to learn and be able to think out-of-the-box for solutions
Working knowledge of MS- Office
Positive attitude with an ability to tackle ambiguities and work in a cross functional environment
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (any stream) with inclination to pursue a career in HR. MBA’s preferred
