Optimising Production Ensure uninterrupted supply of quality utilities Steam Power Cooling water and Naphtha at optimum cost to customers.
Quality Optimise Process parameters in order to produce standard quality utilities.
Training & Development Training & Development of Subordinates.
Imparting skill base training in shift to achieve zero misopearation.
Safety & Hygiene & Environment Ensure safe working environment to achieve zero accident.
Cost Effectiveness Ensure optimum Sp. Energy / chemical consumption in shift to reduce production cost of all the utilities.
