Job Description:
Candidates who are looking forward to work in Genpact should have the following skills.
1. Preparation of Bank reconciliation & research and clearance
2. Experienced with financial and accounting aspects (booking & reporting)
3. Experience in Standard and non-standard bookings (like provisions, accruals, taxes, allocations)
4. Fixed Assets reconciliation and capitalization/disposal process
5. Balance sheet accounts reconciliation
6. VAT reporting
7. Month end accounting (Accrual preparation).
