For Java UI Candidates:

Should have to work on Java and UI (CSS, HTML, Javascript)

Good interpersonal and communication skills

For C++ Candidates:

Should have to work on Object Oriented programming concepts, references, Pointers, static and Virtual Functions,Design Patterns

For Java Candidates:

Candidates who can have Good Understanding of the Oops, core java,J2EE and Application Servers

Core Java – minimum v7, Unit testing, mocking frameworks experience, multi-threading, XML – JAXB, Parsers
